Candidates who meet the specification of the vacant position will be short-listed for the interview. Specification is defined in terms of academic qualification, experience, competencies and etc.
In general, the minimum academic qualification at the point of entry for executive positions is a recognized basic Degree or Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant field according to the requirement of the job. Minimum academic qualification for non-executive positions is SPM/SPVM or equivalent.
